  • Allow a few minutes for the mixture to dissolve and aromatics to steep before using.
  • Soak for 10 to 20 minutes, and add more warm water as needed.
  • Whichever method you use, always make sure the water temperature is comfortable.

How to Make a Bath Soak:

  • Fill your tub 3-4 inches high with warm water.
  • Add 4 ounces of our Recovery Ritual salt blend. Give it a few minutes to dissolve + steep before using.
  • Soak for 10 to 20 minutes, and add more warm water as needed.
  • Whichever method you use, always make sure the water temperature is comfortable.
